Terms & Conditions

Welcome to tesli.ca (the “Site”). TESLI is operated by the registered company ZAPARA Saunas (“TESLI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Site and orders placed with TESLI.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, submitting an inquiry or quote request, or placing an order request, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit an order.
Products and availability
TESLI supplies sauna doors, windows, building materials, heaters, controls, stoves, sauna kits, accessories, and related products and services. Products, configurations, prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or decline an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, unsuitable for the requested destination, or subject to a supplier restriction.
Product information and natural variation
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, availability, and prices accurate. Images are illustrative. Natural wood grain, tone, texture, knots, and finish can vary. The customer must confirm critical measurements, openings, configuration, electrical requirements, clearances, included components, and compatibility before construction, installation, or purchase. Current manufacturer instructions and applicable codes take priority over general website content.
Orders, prices, and payment
The Site currently accepts order requests and does not process payment during online checkout. Clicking “Place Order” submits a request for review. TESLI will contact the customer to confirm the selected products, availability, price, applicable taxes, shipping, total, and payment arrangements. An order is accepted only when TESLI provides confirmation and any required payment is authorized or received.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping. If a price, description, specification, stock status, tax, shipping charge, or configuration is incorrect, TESLI may correct it before accepting the order. The customer may accept the correction or cancel the request before payment.
Custom and special orders
The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving measurements, drawings, configuration, finish, quantity, and delivery details for custom, cut, modified, made-to-order, or special-order products. Once production or procurement begins, cancellation or changes may be unavailable. These products may be final sale as described in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Shipping, pickup, returns, and refunds
Shipping and pickup are governed by the Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy. Those dedicated policies control if general wording in these Terms conflicts with them.
Warranty
Products produced, assembled, or installed directly by TESLI include a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the delivery date. Branded products, including many heaters, controls, doors, windows, and accessories, are governed by the applicable manufacturer warranty and its claim process. Warranty coverage does not include normal wear, natural material variation, cosmetic issues that do not affect function, misuse, improper storage, improper installation, unauthorized modification or repair, failure to follow instructions, or damage from external causes.
Report a suspected defect promptly and within 10 days after discovery. Include proof of purchase, a description, and clear photographs or video. TESLI may require inspection or return of the product or part. For a valid claim, the available remedy may be repair, replacement, a replacement part, refund, or store credit, subject to the applicable TESLI or manufacturer warranty. This warranty is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Installation and safety
Products must be installed, connected, maintained, and used according to current manufacturer instructions, certifications, required clearances, and applicable building, electrical, fire, chimney, gas, and other codes. Regulated work must be performed or approved by appropriately qualified professionals. Website calculators, sizing tools, and general guidance do not replace project-specific professional advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account. You must not use the Site unlawfully, submit false or harmful information, interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the Site in a way that disrupts service, or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights. We may restrict access or cancel an order request where fraud, abuse, or a violation is reasonably suspected.
Intellectual property
Site text, images, graphics, logos, design, software, and other content are owned by ZAPARA Saunas, TESLI, or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Content may be viewed or printed for personal, non-commercial use. No other reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and general information are provided “as is” and “as available.” TESLI does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TESLI and ZAPARA Saunas are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from use of the Site or products. Any direct liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit any statutory consumer right or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These Terms and orders with TESLI are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory rights available under the laws where a customer resides. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Ontario.
Changes, severability, and entire agreement
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent required, and the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, applicable warranty terms, written quotation, order confirmation, and product-specific terms form the agreement for Site use and the confirmed order.
