The Homecraft Apex Mini electric sauna heater is a space-efficient, tower-style unit built to deliver strong, consistent performance across a range of sauna sizes. Designed for rooms roughly in the 200–450 cubic foot range, it’s a solid fit for both home saunas and lighter commercial use—available in multiple kilowatt options to match different heating needs.
Inside, it carries the same core engineering found in the larger Apex series. A protected element air chamber helps optimize airflow through the heater, encouraging even heat circulation while also supporting longer element life. The result is a steady, comfortable löyly that feels balanced rather than harsh.
With a stone capacity reaching up to 175 lbs (80 kg), this heater allows for plenty of water to be ladled over the stones. That larger stone mass holds heat effectively, giving off softer, more consistent steam instead of quick, sharp bursts.
Its slightly shorter height—about 32 inches—makes it especially practical for saunas with lower bench configurations. This design makes it easier to position yourself with your feet higher in relation to the heater, which often leads to a more satisfying and even heat experience overall.
Operation requires a compatible Homecraft TKE2-2 digital control (sold separately), designed to regulate sauna temperatures up to 90°C (194°F), with a maximum continuous run time of one hour.
