TESLI is operated by ZAPARA Saunas (“TESLI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use tesli.ca, contact us, request a quote, create an account, or place an order. Our website and services are intended primarily for customers in Canada and the United States.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address, account details, order and product information, project details, messages, photographs or files submitted with an inquiry, and communication preferences.
When you use the website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device information, cookie or similar identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions with website features, forms, cart, and checkout.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; provide quotes and product support; process, confirm, deliver, and support orders; operate website, account, cart, and checkout features; communicate about availability, pickup, delivery, returns, warranty, and service; prevent fraud and security incidents; maintain business, tax, and legal records; improve our website and catalogue; measure advertising and website performance; and comply with applicable law.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising measurement
The website uses necessary cookies for security, sessions, cart, checkout, account, and preference functions. It also currently uses Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager. Orders and payments
The current TESLI website checkout submits an order request and does not collect online payment-card details. If payment is later arranged through a bank, card processor, or other payment provider, that provider processes payment information under its own privacy terms. TESLI receives only the information needed to confirm and record the transaction.
When information is disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, security, customer relationship management, communications, email, accounting, order fulfilment, shipping, analytics, advertising measurement, and payment processing. We share only information reasonably needed for the service.
We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process; to investigate fraud, security, or misuse; to protect customers, TESLI, ZAPARA Saunas, or the public; in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business; or with your consent. We do not sell or rent customer contact information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Some service providers may process information outside your province, state, or country, including in Canada and the United States, where different laws may apply. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, customer service, fraud prevention, legal and tax obligations, dispute resolution, and business records. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required, subject to backups and legal retention duties.
